Data Analyst

Summary

WeCare Outsourcing is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join its remote team. The role focuses on analyzing business data, preparing reports and visualizations, monitoring KPIs, identifying trends, and presenting actionable insights to support informed decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, organize, and analyze data
• Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
• Monitor KPIs and identify trends or performance gaps
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc analytical reports
• Maintain accurate databases and spreadsheets
• Collaborate with internal teams to support business objectives
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality
• Present findings and recommendations to management

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Previous experience in data analysis is preferred
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is an advantage
