Summary
Raydar is recruiting for a fast-growing law firm seeking a Tech Transactions Paralegal to support attorneys with commercial contracts in a fully remote setting. The role manages agreements from intake through execution, handles healthcare-related privacy and compliance provisions, improves legal workflows, and coordinates with attorneys, project managers, and engineers.
Responsibilities
- Review, redline and manage commercial agreements such as NDAs, SaaS agreements and data processing agreements under attorney supervision
- Support each contract through its full lifecycle, from initial intake to execution
- Handle healthcare-related agreements and confirm that privacy and compliance provisions are addressed
- Improve internal processes, documentation and handoffs to raise efficiency and quality
- Coordinate day-to-day with attorneys, project managers and engineers to give clients responsive support
- Keep contract workflows moving so attorneys can take on more work
Skills
- Practical experience proposing edits and revisions to commercial agreements, beyond purely administrative contract handling
- Background in technology transactions at a large law firm, or commercial experience in an in-house legal team
- Experience in the healthcare sector, including business associate agreements and HIPAA-related provisions
- Exposure to a broad mix of industries rather than a single client or sector
- Roughly 4 to 20 years of relevant experience
- Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail
- Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, fully remote environment
- Motivation to help build a young organization and modernize how legal work gets done
- Clear, straightforward account of your work history
- Experience taking part in or leading the adoption of AI tools in a legal setting
