Responsibilities
- Contribute to ongoing IT projects by performing tasks assigned by project managers or team leads
- Conduct research on new technologies, vendors, or IT strategies that could benefit the organization
- Create and update documentation for IT systems, procedures, and training materials
- Participate in training sessions and workshops, and shadow experienced IT professionals to learn from their expertise

- Familiarity with computer hardware, software, and networks. Even at a basic level, understanding how systems interconnect and operate is crucial
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems logically and systematically
- Document solutions, write reports, and maintain clear documentation for technical procedures
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members and explain technical issues to non-technical colleagues
- Be able to work well in a team, as IT projects often require collaboration with various stakeholders
- Precision and attention to detail when working with complex systems to avoid errors and identify issues
