Summary
Redox provides a cloud-based healthcare interoperability platform that enables secure and efficient exchange of data among healthcare organizations and technology vendors. The Enterprise Technical Project Manager will own complex technical implementation projects from kickoff through go-live, translating requirements into execution plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks and budgets, and improving project processes.

- Translate technical requirements and scope (as defined in the Statement of Work) into clear execution plans, timelines, and resourcing
- Serve as the primary point of coordination between Engineering/Implementation, Product, and customer-facing teams, ensuring accurate handoffs and shared understanding of scope, including potential expansion opportunities and their technical requirements
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks; proactively resolve blockers and escalate when needed
- Manage and report on budget, billable hours, and project status to internal stakeholders and customers
- Own project documentation: SOWs and scope changes, issues logs, status reports, and time/invoice tracking
- Communicate clearly and consistently with stakeholders at all levels, setting and managing expectations proactively
- Continuously improve project management process and tooling; document lessons learned so other Redoxers can apply them to future projects
- Partner with Product and Engineering on requirements gathering and enhancement requests surfaced during delivery
