Responsibilities
- Develop interactive and visually compelling dashboards using Power BI to analyze and present data
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data visualization solutions
- Create data models and implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
- Optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for performance and usability
- Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI functionalities and best practices
- Stay updated on the latest developments in Power BI and recommend enhancements to existing systems
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven initiatives and projects
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- Proven experience (4 years) working with Power BI to develop complex dashboards and reports
- Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices
- Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying
- Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certifications in Power BI (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate)
