Student Engineering Intern - Civil

They are seeking a motivated intern to assist with residential and commercial land-development design, contributing to various technical engineering tasks and supporting engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to technical engineering work in assigned areas of responsibility which may include word processing, data entry, CAD and/or GIS exhibits, and design construction drawings
• Participates in a variety of technical civil engineering work involving both field and office support of engineering projects
• Assist in the preparation of engineering studies and reports
• Assist with preparing documents to obtain necessary permits as required

Skills

• In the process of receiving BS in civil engineering, environmental engineering, or a related engineering field
• Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D design software
• Knowledge of typical design software including WaterCAD, StormCAD & ICPR
• Knowledge of GIS software including ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online

Qualifications

Must Haves

• In the process of receiving BS in civil engineering, environmental engineering, or a related engineering field

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D design software
• Knowledge of typical design software including WaterCAD, StormCAD & ICPR
• Knowledge of GIS software including ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online
