Responsibilities

• Developing a web app with role-based access control and secure authentication
• Integrating with Snowflake for data reading and writing, ensuring performance and security
• Enabling export of individual employee data in accessible formats
• Collaborating with HR, data engineering, and IT teams to define requirements
• Creating reusable components and maintaining documentation for scalability
• Ensuring app reliability through automated testing, monitoring, and logging

Skills

• 2+ years experience with Streamlit, Python, and SQL
• Expertise in Snowflake architecture, query optimization, and security
• Proven experience developing secure web applications with authentication and audit logging
• Strong problem-solving and UI/UX skills
• Experience in Agile environments
• Familiarity with HR data or sensitive employee information
• Experience with Snowflake Cortex
• HR compliance standards
• A bachelor's degree
