Summary
RightClick is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to support and improve the reliability, scalability, and performance of mission-critical production systems. The role involves maintaining AWS-based infrastructure and Kubernetes workloads in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize production infrastructure and cloud-based environments in AWS
- Support and manage Kubernetes clusters, primarily within EKS environments
- Deploy and maintain containerized applications using Kubernetes and Helm
- Build, improve, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CircleCI
- Automate operational tasks and workflows through scripting using Python or Bash
Skills
- At least 3 years of experience applying DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering practices to production systems
- At least 2 years of hands-on AWS experience, including EKS, EC2, IAM, and networking
- At least 2 years of experience working with Kubernetes in production environments and Helm
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CircleCI
- Proficiency with scripting languages such as Python or Bash
