The role of Frontend Engineer on the Data Cloud team involves building user-facing features for Rippling's data products, including a SQL/RQL editor and data pipeline scheduling flows, while collaborating closely with backend engineers.

- Strong experience building well-tested, composable components in React, including design systems and component libraries
- An eye for detail in the user experience—polish, readability, accessibility, and performance
- Skilled in performance tuning for dynamic, front-end-heavy applications
- Experience working with systems at significant technical and organizational scale
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and identifying high-impact opportunities
- Proven ability to influence technology decisions across teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication of complex technical ideas
