Summary
RIT Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to design and implement robust Machine Learning applications that drive innovation and business insights. The role involves collaborating closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate ML capabilities into products and services, ensuring high performance and scalability.

Skills
- Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer (3+ years) performing: Experience in software engineering with exposure to data models and GenAI applications; Hands-on experience with model evaluation, performance tracking, and automation; Familiarity with GenAI frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face, etc.) and vector databases for RAG; and Understanding of machine learning fundamentals to integrate and monitor models effectively
- Proficiency in Python programming language
- Experience with RDBMS & NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, BigQuery)
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
- Experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, Azure)
- Understanding of machine learning concepts and workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience/knowledge of agentic workflows
- Familiarity with Vertex AI & Azure OpenAI
- Experience working with LLMs and RAGs
- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP)
- Familiarity with big data technologies (Apache Spark, Ray, Dark)
- Experience with streaming data technologies (e.g., Apache Kafka, PubSub)
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Qualifications
Must Haves
