Electronics Design Engineer (f/m/d)

Summary

R&K Technologies develops systems for generating, controlling, and applying electron and particle beams for research and industry partners worldwide. The Electronics Design Engineer will develop circuits, ASICs, high-voltage driver circuits, and electronic components for vacuum environments, while conducting measurements and coordinating with suppliers, manufacturing partners, customers, and interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Development of circuits and ASICs for demanding applications
• Design and implementation of high-voltage driver circuits
• Setup and execution of measurements and test bench experiments
• Development of electronic components for use in vacuum environments
• Technical coordination with suppliers, manufacturing partners and customers
• Collaboration with physics, mechanical design and other disciplines to continuously improve system performance

Skills

• Degree in electrical engineering, physics or a related field
• Experience in developing analog and digital circuits, ideally for high-voltage environments
• Knowledge in semiconductor technology, instrumentation and circuit simulation
• Basic understanding of thermal effects, material behavior and system integration
• Independent, structured work style
• Experience in requirements engineering is a plus

Qualifications

Must Haves

• Degree in electrical engineering, physics or a related field
• Experience in developing analog and digital circuits, ideally for high-voltage environments
• Knowledge in semiconductor technology, instrumentation and circuit simulation
• Basic understanding of thermal effects, material behavior and system integration
• Independent, structured work style

• Experience in requirements engineering is a plus
