Physicist (f/m/d) for Scientific Research & Development in Electron and Particle Beam Technology

Summary

R&K Technologies develops systems for the generation, control, and application of electron and particle beams for research and industry partners. The Physicist will design electron beam systems and beam optics, develop metrology devices, conduct and analyze experiments, perform research for industrial clients, and document and present technical work in English and German.

Responsibilities

• Design and development of electron beam systems and beam optics
• Development of metrology devices in collaboration with our in-house R&D team and external partners
• Planning, setup, execution and analysis of experiments
• Research on behalf of leading global industrial clients
• Documentation and presentation of your work in both English and German

Skills

• Degree in physics (Master's or PhD)
• Strong technical understanding and analytical mindset
• Enthusiasm for turning ideas into practical solutions
• Passion for new technologies and conceptual thinking
• Independent, structured work style
• Good written and spoken English and German skills
• Ideally, experience in areas such as beam optics, high vacuum systems, high voltage technology or instrumentation
