About the team + role

We are building an elite team, applying frontier technologies to the world’s biggest financial problems. We’re looking for bold thinkers. Sharp problem-solvers. Builders who are wired to make an impact. Robinhood isn’t a place for complacency, it’s where ambitious people do the best work of their careers. We’re a high-performing, fast-moving team with ethics at the center of everything we do. Expectations are high, and so are the rewards.

The Money Movement team builds and scales the systems that power how customers move money into, out of, and within Robinhood. This includes payment rails, integrations with financial data providers, and partnerships with payment processors that ensure reliability, speed, and security. The team works closely with engineering, compliance, and external partners to deliver seamless fund movement experiences that customers trust every day!

As a Product Manager, you will define and deliver products that improve how money flows across Robinhood’s ecosystem. You will own integrations with fintech vendors such as data aggregators and payment processors, and help evolve our payment infrastructure to support new products and scale. You will partner with engineering, legal, and operations to ensure systems are robust, compliant, and easy for customers to use.

This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA or New York City, NY office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

At Robinhood, we believe in the power of in-person work to accelerate progress, spark innovation, and strengthen community. Our office experience is intentional, energizing, and designed to fully support high-performing teams.

What you’ll do

  • Define product requirements for payment rails and vendor integrations, including data aggregators and payment processors
  • Partner with engineering to deliver reliable systems that support deposits, withdrawals, and internal money movement
  • Identify and prioritize improvements that reduce transaction failures, latency, and operational overhead
  • Work with compliance and legal teams to ensure all payment systems meet regulatory requirements
  • Monitor key metrics such as transaction success rates and processing times, and use insights to guide product decisions

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s, Master's, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years experience in a product management role
  • Familiarity using research, experimentation and product analytics to guide decision making
  • Ability to balance strategic with creative decision making
  • A strong sense of urgency and speed
  • High standards and a strong work ethic - you always bring your best and expect your colleagues to do the same
  • Familiarity with payment systems (ACH, wires, card networks) or vendor integrations such as data aggregators
  • Clear communication skills and ability to work effectively with engineering, operations, and external partners

What we offer

  • Challenging, high-impact work to grow your career.
  • Performance-driven compensation with multipliers for outsized impact, bonus programs, equity ownership, and 401(k) matching.
  • Best-in-class benefits to fuel your work, including 100% paid health insurance for employees with 90% coverage for dependents.
  • Lifestyle wallet — a highly flexible benefits spending account for wellness, learning, and more.
  • Employer-paid life & disability insurance, fertility benefits, and mental health benefits.
  • Time off to recharge including company holidays, paid time off, sick time, parental leave, and more!
  • Exceptional office experience with catered meals, events, and comfortable workspaces.

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands.
