Rocket Internet SE is seeking a Founders' Associate Intern to join a portfolio company focused on revolutionizing the entertainment industry. The role involves supporting the CEO, shaping the company's trajectory, and developing new business models.

Responsibilities

• Essentially be an extension of the CEO
• Have an outsized impact on shaping the company trajectory from day one
• Develop, test and operate new business models

Skills

• Technical as well as business backgrounds are welcome
• Experience working in fast-paced working environments incl. but not limited to High-Growth Start-ups, Tier 1 Strategy Consulting, PE/VC, Technical University Projects, own Founding Projects with demonstrable traction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong strategic planning and operational management skills, with a proven track record of delivering results
• You are proactive and get things done
• Interest in the media and entertainment space
