Your work will empower our product teams to ship with confidence by building and delivering high-quality internal tools, SDKs, and shared services that are intuitive, reliable, and widely adopted across the org.If you thrive on writing clean, tested, and thoughtfully designed code, and take pride in building infrastructure that quietly but powerfully supports everything above it, we’d love to have you shape the future of Rula’s engineering foundationRequired Qualifications<ul><li>Experience building high-quality, user-friendly internal tools, SDKs, and/or engineering empowerment services tools, frequently used across an engineering org.</li><li>A working knowledge of Kafka-based tools and/or an event-based architecture to ensure the current core Kafka library and CLI tools maintain and evolve.</li><li>Experience building thorough, well-designed, and tested code, with a high level of personal quality control that leverages standard design principles and patterns.</li><li>Experience leading projects independently and collaborating within the team and cross-functionally across the org.</li></ul>Preferred QualificationsWhile having the preferred qualifications enhances your candidacy, having all of them is not mandatory.
