Job description

Summary

Saab, Inc. is a defense and security company developing technology and systems that support the U.S. Armed Forces, the Federal Aviation Administration, and other partners. The Program Performance Management Analyst Co-Op supports analysis of program cost, schedule, resource, and performance data while gaining practical experience in program controls, earned value management, financial forecasting, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with preparation of monthly Performance Management Reviews and data
  • Support Earned Value Management Systems activities
  • Assist with schedule analysis and data entry in Microsoft Project Server
  • Support manpower planning by analyzing planned versus actuals staffing requirements
  • Assist with data analysis using Excel and Power BI
  • Assist with data validation and reconciliation
  • Participate in meetings to gain an understanding of program execution and performance management
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and special projects as assigned

Skills

  • Enrollment in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Project
  • Ability to organize, analyze and present information clearly
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information

Qualifications
