Job description
Summary
SAIC is seeking a rising college senior to join the Ground-Based Radar Maintenance and Sustainment Services (GMASS). For the summer of 2026, the interns will be performing software support using C++ or Linux to resolve coding errors and assist in developing and updating code.
Responsibilities
- Work side-by-side with subject matter experts to review and resolve coding errors and develop new code
- Review and assess requirements, diagrams, and documents
- Develop modeling and simulation using MATLAB and STK
- Support Agile PI Planning events
Skills
- Pursuit of BS or MS in a STEM related degree field such as Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science
- **Must be willing and able to obtain a Secret security clearance** NOTE: Federal law requires US citizenship to obtain a clearance
- Basic understanding of C++ and/or Linux
- Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
