Summary
Schellman is a leading provider of cybersecurity, privacy, compliance, audit, and attestation services. The Project Manager leads the planning, execution, and delivery of medium-scope projects supporting business transformation and operational improvement. The role manages the full project lifecycle, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, mitigates risks, and ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to PMO standards.
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Facilitate team collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with PMO methodologies, tools, and reporting standards
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership on project status and outcomes
- Escalate significant risks, issues, and decisions to the Manager, ePMO for guidance and resolution
- Support change management and adoption efforts as part of project delivery
- Document lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

- Strong project management fundamentals: planning, scheduling, budget, risk management, and execution skills
- Ability to develop detailed project schedules, work plans, and budgets

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Confluence, Sharepoint, and JIRA, Wrike or other project management software
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Experience: 3–5 years of project management experience, with increasing responsibility for planning and executing projects independently
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
