Summary
Lifelong Learning Administration Corporation supports client schools in improving educational outcomes and student success. The Engagement Coordinator implements student recruitment and outreach strategies, supports enrollment goals, manages relationships with prospective families and community agencies, and oversees engagement documentation and data integrity.
Responsibilities
- The Engagement Coordinator is responsible for implementing student recruitment strategies to meet schools’ enrollment goals and support relations with local community agencies
- Serve as a point of contact for prospective families and promote the school’s academic programs
- The position directs outreach strategy execution, establishes and monitors engagement and enrollment documentation standards, and ensures data integrity and audit readiness through oversight and analytical review
- This position reports to the Vice President, Business Relations or designee
Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a school or educational setting
- Availability for evening/weekend work and multi-day travel is required to support outreach events
- Experience with CRM platforms and lead management tools
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a professional environment, with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual communication platforms (Zoom, Teams)
- Ability to travel up to 50% in performance of job duties is required
- Bachelor's degree preferred or 2 years' equivalent experience in student recruitment, enrollment, sales, and/or customer service
- Our ideal candidate will be bilingual in English/Spanish
