The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will source and identify qualified talent, build candidate pipelines, conduct talent research, maintain ATS records, and support recruiters with outreach, reporting, and workforce planning.
Responsibilities
- Proactively source and identify qualified talent through LinkedIn and other search tools to support immediate hiring needs across the organization
- Develop and manage pipelines for future hiring initiatives in key business areas, including niche or hard-to-fill positions
- Conduct market and talent research to support recruiter and leadership efforts with relevant insights and recommendations
- Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Collaborate with recruiters to support outreach strategies, screening coordination, and talent tracking for active requisitions
- Assist with reporting, talent mapping, and strategic workforce planning efforts in alignment with company growth goals
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-performance culture within the HR department

- Highly organized with excellent communication and documentation skills

- Self-starter who is naturally curious, tech-savvy, and eager to grow in a team environment
- Internship or administrative experience in a business or professional setting is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
