Summary

SouthState Bank is a financial institution providing banking services and community-focused financial solutions. The Core Banking Intern will participate in a 10-week internship involving market research, data analytics, banking platform due diligence, client engagement, and support for consumer and business initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Participate in internship program activities, including workshops, training sessions, and special projects
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify client needs and recommend tailored banking solutions
• Assist with data analytics, due diligence on banking platforms, and document reviews to support client engagement and outreach
• Collaborate with product managers, analysts/specialists, and team leaders to contribute to real-time consumer and business initiatives
• Support activities to enhance user engagement and promote banking services through various channels
• Prioritize tasks, maintain attention to detail, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Skills

• Current undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong analytical and creative mindset, and eagerness to learn
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure
• Rising Senior graduating in December 2027 or May 2028
• 3.4 GPA
