Freelance SDR on commission basis - foreign markets (all genders)

Summary

Baqend develops Speed Kit, a SaaS plugin solution that accelerates e-commerce websites. The Freelance SDR / Appointment Setter will generate qualified appointments in foreign markets by conducting outbound calls, presenting Speed Kit to decision makers, and documenting prospect interactions for the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Outbound calling of potential customers based on lists provided by us
• Introducing our solution **Speed Kit** to decision makers
• Setting up qualified appointments for our sales team
• Documenting all interactions and follow-ups
• Using provided scripts, materials, and guidelines to maximize success

Skills

• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Confidence and persistence when engaging with new contacts
• Ability to work independently as a freelancer
• Professional proficiency in English
• Reliability and results-driven mindset
• Experience in telesales, cold calling, or appointment setting (preferred but not required)
• Other languages like Spanish, Italian, Nordic languages, Eastern European languages are a strong plus
• Location: We are looking for candidates especially from the Philippines, USA, UK, Nordics, Spain, Italy, Eastern Europe, and Australia
• Open to applicants from any country where e-commerce and online shops are growing markets (e.g. Egypt and beyond)
