Summary
The State of Alaska is seeking an IT Client Support Specialist to provide a wide range of IT support to the Department of Family and Community Services. The role involves installing, maintaining, managing, and troubleshooting department IT network hardware and software issues.
Responsibilities
- Provide a wide range of Information Technology (IT) support to the Department of Family and Community Services (DFCS) employees
- Install, maintain, manage, independently troubleshoot and problem resolution for all department IT network hardware and software issues

- Training and experience in installing new computers, printers, and other peripheral devices; loading and troubleshooting software and hardware systems; maintaining security software; and configuring network settings for workstations
