Stop & Shop Summer Internship Program Location: Quincy, MA Duration: 10 weeks The Stop & Shop paid summer internship program offers undergraduate students (Freshman through Senior) the opportunity to work on meaningful, real-world projects that make an impact. Stop & Shop’s corporate support office provides an ideal environment to explore the complexities of the grocery industry. Interns gain valuable experience while developing leadership capabilities and business knowledge, with access to learning and development sessions, networking opportunities, and exposure to Stop & Shop’s culture. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and be available from June 7, 2027, through August 13, 2027. We have a hybrid work environment that requires a minimum of three days per week in the Quincy, MA Corporate Support Office (accessible by MBTA and Commuter Rail). What You’ll Do:• Support the Strategy & Innovation team on key strategic initiatives and priority projects • Analyze market, competitive, and internal business trends to identify insights and opportunities • Assist in developing strategic recommendations through research, data evaluation, and scenario analysis• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to gather information, validate assumptions, and support decision-making • Prepare materials, summaries, and presentations that help communicate findings and recommendations to leaders • Contribute to project coordination and ensure workstreams stay organized and on track • Create a final presentation highlighting internship learnings and process improvement recommendations

What you bring to the table:

• Active enrollment is undergraduate college or university (Freshman through Senior) pursuing a degree in Business, Retail Management, Operations, Project Management, Communications, or a related field.• Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher • Understanding of workplace etiquette• Basic business acumen, preferred interest in the grocery and retail industries • Clear written and verbal communication • Data analysis • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point • Ability to collaborate with a team and to prioritize tasks • Strong attention to detail• Eagerness to learn new tools, concepts, and processes with openness to receive and apply feedback and learning• Ability to create executive presentations applying storytelling, preferred• Project management, preferred

Hourly rate: $20.00-$27.90 - rate will vary based on current academic year.
