Job description
Summary
Strategic Resilience Group LLC is seeking a Junior Systems Administrator to support the installation, testing, and sustainment of enterprise networks, including classified systems. The role involves troubleshooting network infrastructure issues, managing user accounts, and providing engineering support for communication systems.
Responsibilities
- Support installation, testing, and sustainment of enterprise networks, including classified systems (e.g., JWICS and similar environments)
- Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting network infrastructure and system connectivity issues
- Provide engineering and sustainment support for communication systems and IT equipment
- Support installation of cabling, hardware, and software to enhance network capabilities
- Configure and manage user accounts, laptops, and mobile/remote access solutions
- Assist users with VPN and remote connectivity troubleshooting
- Coordinate maintenance and repair of IT/network hardware with appropriate teams
Skills
- Active TS/SCI clearance (required)
- 1–3+ years of experience in systems administration, network support, or IT operations
- Experience supporting DoD or enterprise IT environments
- Familiarity with secure networks and classified systems (e.g., JWICS or equivalent)
- Experience with: User account management and system configuration
- Troubleshooting network/system issues
- Hardware/software installation and maintenance
- Experience supporting Marine Corps or DoD operational environments
- Familiarity with enterprise networks such as MCEN or similar architectures
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent DoD 8570/8140 certification
- Experience with remote access solutions and mobile device management
