Summary

Syniti is seeking a Consultant to deliver technology and business solutions to clients across multiple industries. The role focuses on analyzing business processes and system requirements, designing and configuring solutions, performing data analysis, and supporting implementation, testing, and validation activities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technology and business solutions to clients across multiple industries, including Financial Services, Pharma & Life Sciences, Manufacturing, and Utilities
• Analyze client business processes and system requirements to design appropriate solutions
• Apply industry best practices to solution design and implementation
• Configure and adapt technology solutions to meet client-specific needs
• Ensure delivered solutions align with functional and technical requirements
• Conduct detailed requirements analysis in collaboration with client stakeholders
• Perform data analysis to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities
• Create analytical reports to support decision-making and solution validation
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
• Validate data and requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Assist in the customization and configuration of technology solutions
• Support system setup, testing, and validation activities
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams during implementation phases
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of configured solution components
• Resolve configuration issues identified during testing and client review
• Work closely with other consultants on customer sites as part of small to large project teams

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related analytical or technical field plus 3 years of experience in data migration, data governance, or related data focused roles or any occupation in which the experience was gained
• Three years of experience participating as a team member on consulting or technology implementation projects
• ERP Implementation: Experience participating in at least one full ERP implementation lifecycle
• Data base and Querying: experience using Microsoft SQL Server, including writing SQL queries, understanding table structures and working with relational database concepts
• Data Analysis: experience performing data quality analysis, experience conducting statistical analysis using defined methodologies or tools
• Experience mining and analyzing transactional electronic data
• Experience performing requirements analysis
• Experience performing data analysis for business or technology projects
• Experience creating data or analytic reports using structured datasets
• Experience supporting the customization or configuration of technology solutions
