DoD SkillBridge: Software Developer or Engineer

Summary

TeamWorx Security is a growing Maryland startup focused on developing applications and products that improve customer workflows. They are seeking an intern to join their product engineering team, where the candidate will participate in all aspects of the development process, including backend and front-end engineering, and deploying AI and machine learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive next generation of software products
• Innovate and identify opportunities
• Participate in defining team culture and product vision
• Develop efficient, reliable, testable code
• Exploring, learning, and building cool technologies, making mistakes, and learning along the way

Skills

• Active Duty military members ONLY who meet the requirements outlined below
• Have 180 days of military service or fewer remaining prior to your date of discharge and you have at least 180 continuous days of active service
• Obtain approval from your unit commander
• Agree that participation in SkillBridge can be terminated at any time by the service if mission requirements dictate
• 3+ years of software development or engineering serving in a Full-Stack Developer capacity or similar role
• Must have experience with React and Node.js or similar technologies
• A keen interest in AI and ML technologies
• Innovative and insatiably curious
• Loves to find smart solutions to challenges
• Likes to work in a team-oriented environment
• Take ownership of projects and drive them to completion
• Possession of excellent analytical skills
• Great attitude
