Simulation/Evaluation Infrastructure Engineer

Summary

Tensor Auto is an agentic AI company dedicated to building products that empower individual consumers, with their flagship product being the Tensor Robocar. They are seeking a Simulation/Evaluation Infrastructure Engineer to provide a reliable and scalable infrastructure for the development and evaluation of Autonomous Vehicles software.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy features and services in a large-scale distributed infrastructure that enables simulations and evaluations of the autonomous driving system
• Optimize the infrastructure for usability, reliability, low latency, high efficiency, etc
• Collaborate with engineering teams to understand their needs and build in your own technical insights to improve the simulation and evaluation infra

Skills

• A BS/MS in Computer Science, similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience
• Proven experience in infra backend, especially distributed systems
• High proficiency in C++
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in simulation/evaluation infra for AV software
• Experience in Python
