About the company

Terac is building the infrastructure layer that connects AI systems with on-demand human expertise.

Job description

Summary

Terac is building a pool of vetted human experts for AI research, labs, and product teams. The founding contributor will co-own a public open-source GitHub repository, set up its structure, build initial AI agent examples using the Terac MCP and API, document them, and help onboard contributors.

Responsibilities

  • Set up the repo structure, a quickstart, and a template every example follows
  • Build the first use cases with the Terac MCP and API, such as a human QA feedback loop, a data annotation pipeline, or an agent that hires people for a task and reviews their work
  • Document each example clearly so other developers can run it in minutes
  • Help review and onboard new contributors as the repo grows

Skills

  • Comfortable working in English
  • Hands-on experience building with AI agents, MCP servers, or LLM APIs
  • An active GitHub profile with side projects or open-source contributions
  • Able to commit 5–10 hours per week and take ownership of the project
