Applications Analyst

Summary

Terrebonne General Health System is seeking a clinically experienced Applications Analyst to support Clinicians and Providers within their Physician office setting. The role focuses on optimizing Epic EHR workflows and bridging clinical operations with health IT to enhance patient care and provider efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support Clinicians and Providers within our Physician office setting
• Support and optimize Epic EHR workflows within our physician office setting
• Participate in all aspects of the Life Cycle of Information Systems
• Focus on reporting, project management, software support, and process changes
• Guide the implementation of systems and applications
• Utilize methods and technologies of information management
• Development, support and evaluation of applications, tools, processes, and structures
• Assist staff in the management of data
• Work with the Applications supervisors to plan, implement, evaluate, and support initiatives and projects

Skills

• Two or more years of experience in healthcare or related experience
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize work
• Excellent organizational skills
• Initiative to improve processes
• Baccalaureate of Science or equivalent
• Skills in Project Management
• Professional license (e.g. Nursing, Clinical, or other Health related fields)
• Experience with database tools, and a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
