Summary
Teza Technologies is seeking a Trading Platform Developer who will work on their real-time, low-latency trading platform. The role involves designing and implementing new functionalities, optimizing existing systems, and troubleshooting issues within a globally distributed trading infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support core components of the real-time trading platform: market data, order management, exchange connectivity, and execution infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across a globally distributed trading infrastructure
- Develop and maintain Java and C++ trading systems
Skills
- 2+ years experience in a front-office trading environment building low-latency systems using Core Java
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with Network Programming
- Experience with Unix/Linux Development
- Experience with some subset of: Market Data, Order Management System, FIX, Algo Trading, Smart Order Router, DMA, and ITCH
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience with C++
- Experience with Python for tooling, analytics, or data pipelines
- Experience with Grid Computing / Big Data
- Experience with databases (SQL, MongoDB, Redis, or similar)
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS)
