Junior Power Platform Developer

Summary

The Marlin Alliance, Inc. is a digital transformation company providing technical solutions for automated business processes, analytics, and cybersecurity, and is seeking a Junior Power Platform Developer to support its Navy client. The role develops and maintains Microsoft 365 workflows and Power Apps, supports reporting and data analysis, troubleshoots workflow issues, and helps deliver virtual demonstrations and training.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain basic Microsoft 365 (M365) Power Automate workflows to support client needs
• Assist in the creation and deployment of Power Apps to streamline business processes
• Support data analysis by generating and updating reports using the M365 Office suite, including Excel
• Troubleshoot simple workflow issues and escalate complex challenges to senior team members
• Learn and help maximize the client’s customized M365 Teams environment to execute deliverables
• Participate in delivering virtual demos and training sessions for solutions developed
• Must be able to perform work in a stationary position at a minimum of 50% of the time
• Must have the ability to operate computer and other office productivity machinery consistently during work hours
• Must have the ability to communicate and exchange information and ideas in an in-person or virtual setting through the use of online tools and available communication mediums

Skills

• Active or ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance
• Associate's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or 1+ year of relevant experience
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (Power Automate, Power Apps, Excel, and Teams)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Highly motivated self-starter eager to learn and grow in a remote, team-oriented environment
• Must be able to perform work in a stationary position at a minimum of 50% of the time
• Must have the ability to operate computer and other office productivity machinery consistently during work hours
• Must have the ability to communicate and exchange information and ideas in an in-person or virtual setting through the use of online tools and available communication mediums
• Familiarity with Power BI and basic data visualization concepts
• Understanding of process improvement methodologies

Qualifications

Must Haves
