Job description
Summary
The Timberline Group, LLC is seeking an Incident Response Network Engineer to serve as an escalation point for SSL certificate requests and assist with a PKI project. The role involves network troubleshooting and working with customers to migrate their endpoints to a different certificate authority.
Responsibilities
- Network troubleshooting (Layer 2 to Layer 7). Incident Response. Request fulfillment. Change Management. DEVOPs
- Acclimation to our network environment by reviewing docs, confluence pages, network maps, and by asking questions
