About the TeamThe TikTok Shop US Operations team is responsible for building a high-quality and scalable fulfillment network to support the continued growth of TikTok Shop in the U.S. Our team works closely with fulfillment centers, third-party logistics providers (3PLs), and cross-functional partners to continuously improve operational performance, capacity, quality, cost, and customer experience.As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests.Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so we encourage you to apply early.Responsibilities:- Support end-to-end fulfillment operations across inbound, inventory, picking, packing, and outbound processes.- Track and analyze key operational KPIs, including productivity, quality, capacity, SLA performance, and cost-related metrics.- Assist with daily and weekly performance reviews of fulfillment centers and 3PL partners, identifying operational risks and supporting follow-up actions.- Support capacity planning and peak-season readiness by analyzing volume forecasts, warehouse capacity, labor requirements, and operational performance.- Participate in continuous improvement projects to identify operational bottlenecks and improve warehouse productivity and process efficiency.- Assist in cross-functional projects involving Operations, 3PL partners, Product, Supply Chain, and other internal teams.- Support the development and standardization of operational SOPs, reporting mechanisms, and performance tracking tools.Minimum Qualifications- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.- Strong interest in e-commerce fulfillment, warehouse operations, and supply chain management.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel.- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.- Able to work on-site for at least 4 full working days per week; 5 days preferred.- Able to commit to an internship period of no less than 3 months.Preferred Qualifications:- Previous internship or project experience in e-commerce, fulfillment, warehouse operations, logistics, or 3PL operations.- Familiarity with inbound, inventory, outbound, capacity planning, or warehouse performance metrics.- Experience with SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, or other data analysis and visualization tools.- Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.- Experience developing SOPs, operational reports, or process documentation.By submitting an application for this role, you accept and agree to our global applicant privacy policy, which may be accessed here: https://careers.tiktok.com/legal/privacy
