Summary
TMX Transform is a global, end-to-end supply chain consultancy that helps organizations optimize supply chains and transform businesses through practical, data-driven solutions. The Supply Chain Analyst will analyze complex supply chain data, build Power BI dashboards and analytical models, support scenario analysis, and develop commercially compelling recommendations for clients. The role also includes preparing client presentations and reports, collaborating with consultants and stakeholders, and improving analytical tools and methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Building sophisticated Power BI dashboards and analytical models that influence business decisions
- Analysing complex supply chain data to identify risks, opportunities and operational improvements
- Supporting supply chain modelling, scenario analysis and the development of commercially compelling recommendations
- Preparing clear, engaging client presentations and reports
- Collaborating with consultants, project managers and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality project outcomes
- Improving TMX's analytical tools, reporting and data-driven methodologies
Skills
- **2+ years of relevant professional experience** in supply chain, logistics, operations, business intelligence or data analytics. This is not a graduate or entry-level role
- Strong, demonstrable Power BI experience, including data modelling, DAX and dashboard development
- Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query and analytical modelling
- Experience working with complex datasets and translating analysis into actionable business recommendations
- Strong commercial awareness, problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- A proactive, curious approach and the ability to work independently in a remote, consulting environment
- Supply chain consulting experience, SQL or Python skills, or experience in network design, logistics, inventory optimisation or supply chain modelling
