Summary
Tredence Inc. is seeking a Consultant to lead the design and implementation of data-driven solutions. The role involves developing data pipelines and machine learning models, optimizing data infrastructure, collaborating with stakeholders, and providing technical guidance to junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing and implementing data-driven solutions
- Develop and deploy data pipelines for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives
- Ensure data integrity and security through access controls and monitoring mechanisms
- Optimize database performance through query optimization and indexing strategies
- Develop and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics and recommendation systems
- Create insightful data visualizations and dashboards
- Conduct performance tuning and scalability enhancements for data infrastructure
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data engineering
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Document processes, workflows, and technical specifications for future reference
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities to ensure high-quality deliverables
Skills
- Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field, PLUS demonstrable knowledge of: R; SQL; VBA; Tableau; Google BigQuery; Data Warehousing; Stats for Data Science; Graph Theory, and; Snowflake
- Required knowledge may be gained prior to or concurrently with Master's degree
- Travel to unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S., approximately 30%, as required
- May telecommute from any location within the U.S
