Trinity Life Sciences isseekingan experienced and motivated Manager to join our Analytics team. The Manager willbe responsible fordeveloping and implementing data-driven solutions to help our clients in the life sciences industry improve their business performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, project management, and communication, as well as excellent problem-solving skills.
Essential Functions
Lead and manage Analytics projects to deliver high-quality data-driven solutions to clients.
Develop and implement statistical models and algorithms to analyze complex datasets andidentifykey insights.
Collaborate with consultants and clients toidentifybusiness needs and develop customized solutions.
Develop andmaintaindata visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate insights to clients.
Ensure that Analytics projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client.
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure that the companyremainsat the forefront of data analytics.
Coach and mentor junior Analytics team members to develop their skills and advance their careers.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
Communicate project progress and results to clients and stakeholders.
Position Requirements
Education:Bachelor's orMaster's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
Work Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics or project management.
Other Skills:
Strong understanding of statistical modeling, data mining, and machine learning techniques.
Experience with data analysis tools such as R, Python, SAS, or SPSS.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working in the life sciences industry is a plus.
Familiarity with data security and privacy regulations such as HIPAA and GDPR.

Trinity’s salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current minimum of the base salary range is$160,000. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
