Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support for employees across a variety of hardware, software, and business applications
- Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, mobile device, and connectivity issues while delivering excellent customer service
- Assist with new computer deployments, software installations, system configurations, and user setup
- Help maintain accurate documentation, service tickets, and IT asset information
- Support troubleshooting efforts by diagnosing technical issues and identifying practical solutions
- Collaborate with experienced IT professionals on more complex technical challenges
- Assist with server administration, user account management, and remote access support
- Participate in software testing, upgrades, and technology improvement initiatives
- Learn enterprise IT best practices while supporting a growing aerospace organization
Skills
- Currently pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- Passion for technology and a desire to build real-world IT experience
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing priorities
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a supportive team
- Positive attitude, curiosity, and a willingness to take initiative
