Job description

Summary

WAI Global is seeking a Product Data Coordinator to support accurate and consistent product information within its Infor LN ERP system. The role manages item setup and maintenance, supports product changes and BOM administration, and collaborates with Product Management, Sourcing, and cross-functional teams on data processes across regions and sites.

Responsibilities

  • Manage standardized item data, including item setup and maintenance within the company’s ERP system, Infor LN. Support may be segmented by product line or region
  • Support the Product Management and Sourcing teams with product change requests
  • Support the maintenance and auditing of product data and other item-related information
  • Participate in cross-functional alignment efforts focused on developing common processes and data structures
  • Set up and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) within the ERP system
  • Manage and/or participate in workflows involving the following item and part-number changes:
  • New product setup across multiple regions or sites
  • Product lifecycle changes, including new part setup, part discontinuation, and part supersession
  • Supplier changes
  • Item data changes

Skills

  • Experience in item data management, item management, or sourcing management
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivated approach
  • Comfortable working with performance scorecards and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, matrixed, and remote-first environment
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills across all organizational levels
  • Experience working with data and content through various systems and formats, including ERP and PIM platforms
  • Understanding of and experience with change management
  • Experience managing item data within the automotive aftermarket is a plus
