Summary

WakeMed Health & Hospitals is a provider of health services committed to improving the health and well-being of its community. The Clinical Performance Data Analyst maintains expertise in clinical performance data and advanced analytics, translating data into actionable insights and presenting findings to non-technical audiences. The role also serves as a liaison among databases, data warehouses, analysts, and organization-wide customers to support clinical and performance decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains expert knowledge of clinical performance data and advanced statistical and analytic knowledge to convert data into actionable clinical insight
  • Provides data analysis in an understandable and professional format for non-technical audience
  • Works as a liaison between databases, data warehouses, data analysts and system wide customers to perform in depth analysis on clinical performance data to support clinical and performance decisions in the organization

Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • 3 Years Information Technology - Data Analytics Required
  • 2 Years Information Technology - Clarity Data Model Required
  • Certified/Licensed/Registered in Field of Practice Preferred
  • Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality Preferred
  • EPIC Certification in Area of Responsibility Preferred
  • Master's Degree Preferred
  • 2 Years Information Technology - SQL Preferred
  • 5 Years Clinical - Acute Care Preferred
