Epic Certified Cogito Analyst - Remote - Northern California

Summary

Waterfall Technology Consulting Partners is seeking an Epic Cogito Analyst to support healthcare reporting and analytics initiatives related to clinical documentation processes. The role will develop and maintain Epic reporting solutions, analyze workflows and data, collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders, and ensure accurate reporting across Epic applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Epic reporting solutions to support documentation and compliance requirements
• Analyze reporting needs and build reports, dashboards, and data extracts using Reporting Workbench, Clarity, and SQL
• Collaborate with operational and clinical stakeholders to identify reporting opportunities and improve data accuracy
• Validate and troubleshoot reporting results, ensuring data integrity and consistency
• Provide recommendations for workflow and reporting enhancements related to patient documentation processes

Skills

• * **Epic Cogito Certification**
• * **Epic Cogito implementation experience**
• * Experience with **Epic Reporting Workbench** and **Clarity**
• * Strong SQL development and data analysis skills
• * Ability to translate business requirements into effective reporting solutions
• * Experience working in healthcare IT and Epic environments
• * **Epic Caboodle Development cert (CDW300v) is a big plus**
