Summary

White Circle is building a safety layer for modern AI systems that helps companies understand model behavior, catch failures, and keep interactions stable and secure. The Product Designer will turn complex AI workflows into clear interfaces, evolve the Figma design system, create new product flows, and collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams.

Responsibilities

• Evolve Figma design system so it stays consistent, scalable, and easy to work with
• Update current screens and design new flows for upcoming features
• Work directly with product, engineering, and research — fast iterations and full ownership

Skills

• 3+ years working with Figma: Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Prototyping, Design Systems
• You've designed clear, functional web interfaces, ideally for technical products
• You can create basic animations with any tools you prefer
• You use AI tools in your own workflow
