Summary
Wilbur-Ellis is a family-owned agricultural company that markets and distributes agricultural products, animal feed, specialty chemicals, and food ingredients. The Branded Products Intern will support product strategy, portfolio management, market analysis, commercialization, product positioning, and cross-functional initiatives while gaining experience in the agricultural industry. The intern will also present a final PowerPoint presentation highlighting their project work, key learnings, and overall experience.
Responsibilities
- Responsibilities may include conducting market and competitive research, analyzing customer and product performance data, supporting product launch activities, assisting with product positioning and messaging, developing sales and marketing support materials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, operations, and product development
- You'll have the opportunity to share your ideas, contribute innovative solutions, and provide a unique perspective while supporting strategic initiatives that drive product growth and customer success
- At the conclusion of your internship, you'll prepare and present a final PowerPoint presentation highlighting your project work, key learnings, and overall experience

We are seeking a college student pursuing a degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Business, Marketing, Business Administration, Agronomy, Economics, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field with an interest in product management, marketing, and agriculture
- Overall, we are looking for someone with strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills; attention to detail and problem-solving abilities; the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively; intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn; a self-starter who is eager to contribute ideas and collaborate across teams; and someone who brings their full self to work each day
