Summary
WindBorne Systems is offering a 6-month Builder Fellowship program designed for multidisciplinary builders eager to leave a mark on innovative technology. Participants will rotate through various roles in a rapidly growing startup, gaining hands-on experience and building a substantial portfolio of work from day one.
Responsibilities
- Will do anything and everything to turn ideas into reality
- Has a bias towards action and ships on Day 1
- Is not precious about ideas, but has a lot of them
- Is willing to talk to people, draw out designs, and push code
- You will ship things on day one, and your work will have an immediate and trackable impact
- You will have rotated around the innards of our rapidly growing startup, solving different scopes of problems with different types of execution
- You will act with high amounts of agency and rarely ask for permission
- You will exit having rotated around the innards of a rapidly growing startup. You will not be a country bumpkin, you will understand how companies work and how work gets done
- You will exit with real work experience and well-calibrated intuitions and taste
- You will exit having gotten experience with a wide variety of work. Different scopes of problems and also different types of execution. You will have a clear thesis of what work exists and what you enjoy
- You will exit with a huge portfolio of work. You will ship things on day one, and your work will have clear, immediate, and trackable impact
