Summary
Wispr is an AI research and product company building voice interfaces for computing, including Flow, which enables natural speech across applications. The Product Engineer, Growth will own user activation and habit formation, rapidly ship and evaluate product experiments, improve experimentation instrumentation and analysis, and close funnel gaps across platforms.
Responsibilities
- Own the activation curve: onboarding, first use, habit formation
- Ship experiments fast, read results honestly, graduate winners and kill losers
- Improve the randomization, exposure, instrumentation, and analysis that make results trustworthy
- Close funnel gaps across platforms with the teams that own the product experience
Skills
- You've moved a funnel metric and can explain the before, the after, and why your work caused it
- You've killed your own experiments when the evidence said so
- You ship fast at production quality and prefer several clear iterations to one perfect launch
- You answer product questions with data and know when the measurement is misleading
- You take ownership when the problem, or the path forward, is ambiguous
- Product-led growth, experimentation platform, or SQL experience is helpful but not required
- Voice, ML, or native desktop and mobile experience is not required
