Your Comms Group is a well-established British telecoms and marketing company, providing communication, connectivity, cybersecurity, and digital marketing solutions to businesses across the UK. As a Business Intelligence & Data Research Executive, you will support our sales and marketing teams by ensuring our prospect database remains accurate and valuable.

Responsibilities

• Researching businesses across various industries
• Verifying company information through websites, online directories, and public sources
• Confirming decision-maker details, contact names, email addresses, and telephone numbers
• Identifying and categorising business sectors and target markets
• Data cleansing and maintaining CRM accuracy
• Conducting approximately 50 outbound verification calls per day
• Prospecting for new business opportunities
• Identifying potential sales opportunities and passing qualified leads to the sales team
• Supporting marketing campaigns through accurate audience targeting

• Strong internet research skills
• Good verbal and written communication
• Confidence speaking to businesses over the phone
• Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn CRM systems
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment
