Summary

Zocks is an AI assistant for financial advisors that helps firms automate operational work and grow their business. The Recruiter will own full-cycle hiring across the company, managing job postings, applicant screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, ATS maintenance, and offer completion while partnering with hiring managers to keep searches moving.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across the company - any level, any function, no search too small or too senior
• Screen inbound applicants and hand hiring managers a shortlist that actually saves them time
• Keep interviews, debriefs, and candidate communication running like a well-oiled machine
• Keep the ATS clean and current - your future self (and everyone else) will thank you
• Partner with hiring managers to unstick searches before they stall, calibrating what "great" looks like at every level
• Make every candidate feel like a priority, even when you're running fifteen searches at once
