Job description

Summary

Cloth is seeking a Product Operations Analyst to support cross-functional operational analysis, reporting, process documentation, and data quality for revenue- or product-related workflows. The role maintains operational reports, analyzes trends and exceptions, coordinates workflow updates across teams, and prepares concise summaries of measured results and unresolved questions.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain recurring operational reports, trackers, and source data used to review performance
  • Check CRM, product, or workflow records for missing, inconsistent, or outdated information
  • Analyze trends and exceptions that may indicate process, handoff, or data-quality issues
  • Coordinate updates across teams when a workflow depends on multiple owners or systems
  • Document process definitions, recurring metrics, and changes that affect reporting
  • Prepare concise summaries that distinguish measured results from assumptions or unresolved questions

Skills

  • Working knowledge of Product Operations, Reporting, and Process Improvement
  • Ability to apply Documentation and Cross-Functional Collaboration accurately in assigned work
  • Strong written communication, documentation, and attention to detail
  • Ability to organize priorities, follow defined procedures, and raise questions when source information is unclear
  • Comfort working independently and collaborating through shared digital tools in a remote environment
