Engineer, Merger & Acquisition Engineering

Summary

Abacus is seeking an Engineer, Merger & Acquisition Engineering to support the technical integration of newly acquired companies into its core environment. The role focuses on Microsoft 365 and Exchange tenant migrations, identity and file-storage consolidation, platform engineering, automation, security, and clear communication during migration cutovers.

Responsibilities

• Execute tenant-to-tenant migrations, consolidating user mailboxes, distribution groups, shared mailboxes, and Microsoft Teams setups into the Abacus environment
• Migrate SharePoint sites, OneDrive storage, and legacy cloud/on-premise file shares into our central data structures
• Ensure data integrity, permissions, and access controls remain intact post-migration
