Social Media Quality Assurance Specialist (Volunteer/Remote)

Summary

Abuse Refuge Org. (ARO) is a volunteer organization dedicated to helping victims of abuse across various domains. They are seeking a Social Media Quality Assurance Specialist to review and edit content for their social media team, ensuring quality and adherence to guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Review a broad variety of professional documents such as content, videos, infographics, articles, and other publications for the social media team
• Follow progress on the content calendar to ensure all steps are completed within a timely manner (will require checking Asana and Slack throughout the day) to review and reassign tasks to team members
• Review graphics in Canva to ensure all ARO and Norm Therapy® requirements are met
• Edit content according to specifications for style, tone, and length
• Ensure proper use of hashtags are included in each post
• Ensure social media content meets style, formatting, and general quality standards
• Attends monthly company meeting
• Performs other related duties as assigned

• Must be available to volunteer 8-10 hours a week
